I have found that all these militant groups are terrorists, and all wanting a Sunni Islamist State, this includes Turkey who also have a extreme Sunni population. They all have pointed to Saudi Arabia as the main problem for creating chaos and world order destroying infrastructure and mass murders of civilians around the world with their Wahhabis poisonous ideology. All the terrorist groups are linked to Al Qaeda and for Al Qaeda. True values and principles do not exist in their world. Saudi Arabia is so evil beyond belief.
Wahhabis
Wahhabi is the fountainhead of Islamist terrorism creating disunity in the Muslim Community. Islamist terrorism inspired by a long tradition of extreme intolerance within one stream of Islam that flows through the founders of Wahhabism, the Muslim brotherhood and prominent thinkers schooled in the Salafi tradition. The spread of Islamic extremism such as Wahhabism is the most serious ideological challenge of our times. Wahhabism is starting to be the major source of global extremism, so countering the poisonous ideology could be a problem as well as Saudi sponsors. We need to get rid of all Sharia laws, its courts and practices all over the world including in UK.
Jakarta attacks
The Jakarta attacks is just propaganda and getting media attention supporting terrorism. The terrorist group believed to have been fighting in Syria is Bahrum Naim. Indonesia has the largest Sunni Muslim population in the world and is a very tolerant and moderate one. It makes the moderate population generally resistant to extremist ideology. This population is a target for extremists seeking to radicalise and polarise the world. Indonesia has got a long record of countering extremists especially Jemaah Islamiyah linked to Al Qaeda and Taliban who wanted to establish an Islamic region in the South East Asia. Back in 2012, Wahhabis waged war and drove out some Indonesian Shi'ites. Wahhabis considered Shi'ites teaching to be heretical.
Shi'ite minority was under heavy attack with men and women having been assaulted, schools damaged, villages burned to the ground. Many have been killed. It is clear that Saudi Arabia's intolerant brand of Wahhabi Sunni Islam propagated far and wide by Saudi oil money is behind most of the assaults. They used anti-Shia pamphlets saying they could not talk to their Shia neighbours anymore. In 2011 a mob of over 500 Sunnis drove 300 Shi'ites from their houses in the village of Nangkernang, Madura Island. Countless dwellings including a boarding school and a place of worship was destroyed. They kept returning only to face more terror. There have been gross discrimination against minorities in Indonesia. One of the terrorists was responsible for the Bali bombing.
Egypt
Egyptian Islamist Jihad group Al Gama'a al Islamiyya and Tanzim al Jihad are Islamist extremists targeting government officials, police, tourists, and Christian minority. Harsh Sharia Law linked to Al Qaeda.
Sinai
Sinai Islamist Jihad group Mujahedeen of Egypt and Abdullah Azzam Brigades, Harsh Sharia Law, also linked to Al Qaeda. All these groups probably have fought in Syria. Either one of the Sinai groups was responsible for the downing of a Russian plane.

Syria
There is a dispute over the groups Ahrar-as-Sham and Jaish al- Islam who are considered terrorists by Russia and Syria. They may not be legitimate groups, but we do not have the luxury to buy time in settling the Syrian crisis talks. UN led negotiations would be better started between the Syrian government and the Opposition next Monday.
In spite of differences and opposition, progress could be made if we invited the enemies to have talks in the hope of resolving the issue. We cannot keep arguing about determination of which opposition groups are deemed terrorist organisations. They cannot be eliminated from the peace talks. We have to do what we have to do, and deal with one problem at a time to reach a conclusion.
Doing that would help everyone to agree on one thing like forthcoming elections. It is not the leaders and UN envoy to say that opposition should be excluded. It is the Syrian people who will decide who will be elected, and they have to be very aware of who these terrorist groups are, who wants to take part in talks.
These negotiations will be the first step in a UN endorsed 18 month political transition plan for Syria aimed at ending the five year war. After the first step, countries will be able to see clearly what the second step should be, and how to solve further problems if the need arises. The sooner we get the elections going the better, and there should be no obstacle to that, enemies or enemies.
Raising awareness within the negotiations is a very good tool to democracy with UN mentioning what is the definition of International Law, Humanitarian Law etc. Enemies have to be clearly informed, and that there is no such thing as ruling without any international laws including war crimes for the future of Syria.

List of those who should take part in talks
Geneva negotiations have failed to yield any significant results since the start of the conflict. Opposition against Opposition are saying they will not have indirect talks and oppositions are saying they will not take part in talks recently. There will never be agreements, and have great difficulty in narrowing their differences. Letting the oppositions have their own way will only prolong the conflict.
I propose that we have Russia v United States, Turkey v Kurdistan [Kurds], Saudi Arabia v Iran, Israel v Palestine, Syria v Al Qaeda [all terrorist groups belong to al Qaeda], Qatar v Gulf States. All these countries to take part with four negotiators, UN envoy for Syria, UN envoy for Russia, UN envoy for Serbia and UN envoy for China. This is the best way to send invitations to these key countries. There may be a slippage to dates but these countries would prove effective to the pathway to peace.
We need;
Ceasefire
A new Constitution
Elections
Annihilation of terrorist groups
Humanitarian Aid
Access
?
UN is a powerful body and a final negotiating team. Talks must start on the basis of negotiations. The meeting must have comprehensive talks based on the countries I proposed. Opposition leaders of terrorist groups not invited, does not make the delegation less inclusive. This would be a more ideal way of searching for ways of settlement of the most difficult Issues. To find a solution to these problems concerning stability and migration. It would be extremely difficult to talk about the efficiency countering terrorism in the framework of international efforts in the presence of Al Qaeda. All countries agree that they need to counter terrorism except for Al Qaeda who is the main opposition.

Powerful statement on the state of the world
Last year there have been so many elections and some democratic victories were gained in countries such as Myanmar and Hong Kong where there is no longer military rule, free from oppression and suffering. There have been greater freedom of speech and movement in the democratic system.
I am not happy about democratic system being curtailed, limited and gaining deficit such as Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Iraq etc. Much as I love my job as a peacemaker and mediator, I do not enjoy being the most powerful over United Nations and other countries. I have to instil common sense, determination, and make peace.
Democracy is a very powerful and just rule, and I hate it when some countries do not do what they supposed to do, or do completely the opposite of what their own people expect them to do. We do not want words and empty promises, we want real action. These become anger and frustration with lack of progress.
That includes our enemies, our oppositions. We cannot deny them the right to be part of the democratic system which is why there are often failures in talks, dialogues and conferences.
Everyone has to work and talk to each other despite their differences, and the crimes they have committed.
Countries have been too slow to support Palestine for a two state solution. France have stepped in declaring it will support Palestine, but we are still waiting for Spain and others to step in. It is crucial that all countries support two state solution in order to have a ceasefire between Israel and Palestine.
It is crucial that all countries in conflict, seriously support ceasefires.
Ceasefire has always been a number one priority and comes first, before humanitarian aid and rights. We have come a long way to a path leading to true and just democracy, and so many improvements and changes have been made.

Time have elapsed for the UN Security Council to create a new Peace Treaty for North Korea with all members present to have a full format conference on settlement to be the shortest way to cessation of bloodshed. UN Security Council must realise the great need for the full format conference on settlements as there are imbalances in politics.
Taliban want removal from UN blacklist before peace talks, this could be granted but the tricky bit is that they want freedom to travel the world. It could be done with a specially made passport to ensure safety and security. This could be discussed later while at the full format conference. It is good to hear that North Korea and Afghanistan have made moves by waving the white flags to peace which is a first step to cooperation.

Monitoring of rockets
The whole world have reacted with concerns about the launch of a rocket with a satellite. There have been conflicting reports on whether it has a satellite or not. I agree that imposing tougher sanctions on North Korea could lead to economic and humanitarian collapse. And rather have a settlement by force, the country and other countries could have a monitoring system put in place, probably a different branch of IAEA monitoring program which would also be monitoring drills. This is what is missing in the UN Security Council Emergency Meeting. North Korea claims to have contacted the UN and then launched a rocket straight away. North Korea still had not got the permission of the UN. This calls for someone to monitor and to give permission, to ensure it does not violate even by adventurous actions, [branch of IAEA].
It can be seen as destabilising and provocative and can cause humanitarian, economic, and environmental consequences. KIm Jong Un have repeatedly said these actions of launching rockets including the purported hydrogen bomb test last month was to defend the country. That it was for scientific and peaceful purposes. But Kim Jong Un does not seem see that the world is doing its best on non-proliferation, and that we do not need to go nuclear. No one wants a more powerful nuclear rocket than it already is, and should not have been released as a test.
A dialogue is overdue. There already has been scientific evidence that the hydrogen bomb has caused damage by triggering Kamchatka volcano and earthquakes around the Pacific Ocean which coincided with the launch.

Blame game
http://tass.ru/en/politics/855352
I am so astonished as it is not the first time that the UN Secretary General have made accusations while on a supposedly fact finding mission to get the facts right, before accusing any country of derailing any talks especially about Syria.
It is media destroying to speak out and start the blame game on any country especially Russia. Ban Ki Moon is losing credibility if he cannot be impartial and objective.
It is so easy to be emotional and passionate about the worsening humanitarian situation, which does cloud impartial judgements on that score. It is not good at all making running commentaries while there is no truth in it.
It is ridiculous to think that cutting off supply routes would derail the peace talks. It has nothing to do with actions taking place in Syria, as it is about finding a settlement to the cessation of bloodshed. And finding balance in politics. Not being impartial and objective is not going to bring all parties together. Far from it.
It is upsetting for democracy to find that there is no impartiality and objectivity in a very important person that we need to look up to, in viewing the windows of the world. We expect such a very important person to set an example that blame game should not exist. What goes around negatively , goes around more negatively.

All parties in the Syrian conflict should hold to their obligations under International Law to protect civilians in Syria and to allow humanitarian organisations access to people in need - UN Under Secretary for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator.
It is very important for countries to have contacts with all Aid Agencies regarding supply routes. When one or two routes are cut off directly or indirectly, was indeed to protect and avoid more civilian casualties given the severity of barbarism and terrorism by Daesh. The Aid Agencies must know if there is an alternative route or there are alternatives routes to bypass Daesh. Countries are obliged to have contacts with Aid Agencies to lessen the worsening humanitarian situation.

Munich Conference
The United Nations Security Council Resolution 2254 was adopted on 18th December 2015 calling for a ceasefire and political settlement in Syria. The resolution demands that all parties immediately cease any attacks against civilian targets.
Russia is the vanguard to complying with norms of International Law targeting only and destroying all equipment, weaponry stores, oil refineries etc.
It urges all member states to support efforts to achieve a ceasefire and requests the UN to convene the parties engage in formal negotiations in early January 2016.
Offensive and defensive actions against terrorist groups will continue.
While the political transition will be Syrian led, and that should include the Syrian Kurds.
UN brokered negotiations between the Syrian government and the oppositions in accordance with resolution 2254 of the UNSC last January. The list of issues that needs to be resolved on the Syrian settlement.
Moving forward to foundation, platform and framework is key with international relations stepping forward in resolving the Syrian crisis. While there are the principled steps to make fundamental choice to move forward. The basis is understanding and willingness to get involved in the political process making progress with the availability of relevant factors to make appropriate choice to move forward.
Development can take place between representatives whether they have a bad attitude or not if the Munich Conference is conducted with open minds and has a pragmatic approach with all the representative's needs in mind addressing external factors.
Ukraine risk losing IMF cash over stalled reforms
$ 17.5 billion bailout from the International Monetary Fund could be lost to Ukraine unless it speeds up political reforms and curbs corruption. It is hard to see how money could be given to Ukraine on the basis of that, while there is a civil war is going on. I fail to see how IMF could offer carrot on a stick [$17.5 billion] when it could be used to have cessation to bloodshed and non-military rule. Lagarde have failed in her duty to tell Ukraine that unless a war is stopped, there will be no IMF. There is no point in restarting the Ukraine's economy while a war is ongoing. If the war was stopped, then there is a chance of political reforms and curbing of corruption but not before. Ukraine will continue to have failed economic policies while a war is ongoing, and will not be back on the promising path of reform. The most critical reforms cannot be dealt with properly and will malfunction. The war is deepening and has the worsening political crisis, and is worsening the conditions for carrying out reforms. Ukraine cannot continue to work with IMF and other donors. There will never be financial stability, and there will never be welfare of the citizens. Political divisions and infighting in the Ukraine's parliament is preventing the disbursement of a third tranche since October. Ukraine cannot help themselves to loans to spend only on defence. It makes more sense that Ukraine be given the incentive to stop the war before it can have loans. No one in their right mind would depend on loans anyway as it shows no one can deal with Ukraine's economy effectively and efficiently.

Agreements on cessation of hostilities reached for Syria
17 members of International Syrian Support Group including Russia, United States, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, Italy, Egypt, Britain, Germany, Lebanon, Qatar, Iran, France, China, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Oman. With EU, UN Special Envoy and League of Arab States. They all took part in the consultations to work towards cessation of hostilities. All parties have yet to honour their commitments which would be a great breakthrough.
I congratulate all the member countries of International Syrian Support Group for making such great effort, and taking the first step to gather together for this occasion. The agreements is the next step in the peace process but non binding.
The possible dates are 15th February, 23rd February and 1st March which is in one week. No one needs to compromise, because there does not have to be a compromise. We could have a target date of say 15th February which is the further next step, failing that, we could use 23rd February as another step, and failing that, the 1st March as the final date as the other step. These dates can all be used in one week in case of false starts, and so on helping to move things forward.
A failure to get the Syrian regime in the same room as the opposition would mean more deaths, and misery for thousands of people in Syria and drive more to seek safety in neighbouring countries and Europe.
Russia is the only country who is in compliance with the norms of International Law as it has the permission from Syria, in fact Russia was asked to participate in helping the Syrian government in the fight against terrorism. Which is why Russia could not work towards cessation of hostilities, and agree to it. Russia is a peace loving country and their main aim is to restore Syria's sovereignty and integrity. And to get all the Syrians back home once Syria is liberated from all terrorists and extremists.

No leaders in Ukraine
Russia's Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was addressing the Munich Security Conference on the situation around the conflict in Ukraine and fulfilment of the Minsk package remains unstable.
He said " The Minsk agreements should be observed by all parties. But first of all, the implementation depends on the Kiev authorities. Despite the progress in some directions, regarding withdrawal of heavy weapons, regarding presence of the OSCE mission, and other issues, the situation remains unstable. Russia is concerned about several aspects regarding settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. First of all, complete ceasefire regime is still not established in Ukraine's southeast, fire is opened regularly along the line of engagement. Secondly, Ukraine still has not adopted changes to its constitution, nor does it observe the legislation regarding the special status of Donbas. Instead of elements of decentralisation, agreed with the regions, they adopt the so called 'transition provisions' which contradicts the Minsk agreements. Thirdly, Kiev still insists the elections in Donbas should be on the basis of the new Ukrainian law without any discussions with the region. Kiev also ignores its obligations for a wide amnesty of those who participated in the events of 2014-2015. Ukrainian authorities clearly do not have either will or desire to observe their obligations under the Minsk Accords. Russia has demonstrated and would continue demonstrating 'reasonable flexibility in fulfilment of the Minsk agreements, where it does not contradict with their essence'. But we cannot do things for which we are not authorised. Namely to fulfil for the Kiev authorities their political and legal obligations. It is a direct competence of the President, government and parliament of Ukraine. Unfortunately, right now they do not have there either will or desire to address it. Today in my opinion, this becomes evident to everyone".
The way it is going, the mindset of Kiev is of stubborness, and uncaring. Kiev has got no political aspirations and ambitions, except the opposition. It was really disheartening to hear what Medvedev said, and I was so glad he made that clear in the Munich Security Conference to help everyone there face reality of what is really going on. We also have a problem with vandalism and desecration of Orthodox Churches and its Religious Institutions.
There really are no leaders who do have the will and desire to reform Ukraine. I greatly fear that the next elections will still be corrupt as before, and that it will still continue that way until corruptions in any elections can be tackled very strictly. The war will be ongoing if Kiev fail to let the people have fair, free and just elections. We also have got to tackle corruption of MPs who owns a business or more.
Reforms are badly needed in different spheres, and a strategy for the economy to prevent collapse of Ukraine.
As I am Acting President of Ukraine in the absence of its President and Verkhovna Rada, acting and representing the people of Ukraine. A lot of time has been wasted because no real action by Kiev has been taken, and there still has been no implementation of the Minsk Accords. These inert actions are making the people of Ukraine suffer terribly. I still have no authority to help rule Ukraine with a rod of iron, and with the determination to stamp out corruption to start with, enabling the elections to proceed.
Recap of the Minsk-2 document
On February 12, 2015, members of the trilateral Contact Group on the Ukrainian conflict settlement signed a four-page set of measures to implement the earlier Minsk agreements.
The first point of the document set the condition of an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire due to start from 00:00 hours (Kiev time) on February 15, 2015. The conflicting parties agreed on the withdrawal of all heavy weapons.
A separate point of the document provided for the release and exchange of all the hostages and illegally held persons based on the "all for all" principle that should be completed on the fifth day after the weapons withdrawal at the latest.
The sides also agreed on restoring the Ukrainian side’s control over the state border throughout the conflict zone.
Another point of the document provided for the withdrawal of all foreign armed groups and mercenaries from Ukraine’s territory under OSCE supervision; all illegal armed groups should be disarmed.
The set of agreed measures envisaged Ukraine’s constitutional reform with the country’s new constitution talking effect by late 2015. The key element of the new constitution should be power decentralization and the adoption of permanent legislation on the special status of separate districts of the Donetsk and Lugansk districts of Ukraine.
These should be adhered to, as Kiev is obliged to comply.
The future of Syria
Syria have gained the upper hand and achieved significant gains in the north, south Damascus suburbs and now the Aleppo area. The Syrian government have got the support of Iranian senior officers and skilled Hezbollah fighters as well as Syrian Kurds. Potential encirclement by the Syrian army may deepen the humanitarian crisis and represent a shortening blow to the opposition. But communication is key to keep the humanitarian aid flowing.
President Assad said "The main task of the Syrian army offensive on Aleppo was not to take the city under full control but cut off supply lines with neighboring Turkey for terrorists who are operating in [Aleppo] province and are using them (the routes) to replenish their stocks.
We have fully believed in the need of negotiations and political actions ever since the crisis started. However, the fact of conducting talks does not mean that we are going to stop fighting against terrorism. Both directions of our activities are of great importance for Syria: one direction is of no relation to the other".
Turkey is heavily invested in trying to topple Assad, and prevent Kurds from gaining more influence and autonomy in neighbouring Syria. Military intervention of Turkey and Saudi Arabia is completely unwanted.
President Assad said "The intervention of these countries is a probability which I cannot exclude for the reason that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is known for his intolerance. He is a radical who supports the Muslim Brotherhood [Islamist movement] and lives with a dream of restoring the Ottoman Empire. It is also true of Saudi Arabia.
Anyway, these actions will not be easy for them. We will certainly give them a resolute rebuff. The main task of the Syrian army offensive on Aleppo was not to take the city under full control but cut off supply lines with neighboring Turkey for terrorists who are operating in [Aleppo] province and are using them (the routes) to replenish their stocks".
President Assad also said that he was ready to conduct peaceful talks and simultaneously fight terrorists. "We have fully believed in the need of negotiations and political actions ever since the crisis started. However, the fact of conducting talks does not mean that we are going to stop fighting against terrorism. Both directions of our activities are of great importance for Syria: one direction is of no relation to the other".
Assad regime have been accused of hubris, monstrous miscalculation and underestimation of the complexity of the struggle. The accusations launched by UN and Western powers are politicised and groundless. No one had a clue that the civil war was so different, and that it would include horrific barbarism and great terror was reigning over most of Syria.
President Assad was the only person to realise the severity of the problem in dealing with terrorists and extremists. He only had the Syrian Army to fight them, and suffered heavy losses before the Syrian government asked Russia to help with airstrikes. We have seen how fast the Daesh was progressing setting up communication centres, establishing explosives depots and taking over refineries etc which was mostly destroyed by the Russian airstrikes. Assad did all he could, and could not let the Daesh use people as human shields. Daesh had to be destroyed and annihilated.
President Assad also said "I am urging the European governments, who contributed directly to this exodus [of refugees] by covering terrorists and imposing an embargo on Syria, to create conditions for these Syrian refugees to return home. It would be illogical to declare that there is a part of [Syrian] territory, which we are ready to give up. Irrespective of whether we are capable of doing it or not, it is the goal, which we are seeking to achieve without any hesitation".
It is impossible to do trade with the so called Caliphate and not a reformed Syria. We have to seek isolation of such terrorists and extremists. Russia did the right thing to isolate Turkey, but more needs to be done to ban Turkey and Saudi Arabia from participating in the civil war as they are causing a lot of problems and slowing things down especially humanitarian aid.

Another Maidan revolution?
I agree with Viktor Yushchenko when he said that Ukraine is nearing a new revolution, that the Maidan coup was unable to transform into a fully fledged political movement and failed to dismantle the old corrupted system. Democracy has prevented the Maidan coup into trying to develop into a real political movement as it was against war and disunity. No progress has been made due to disintegration of Ukraine's policies and economy.
There have always been clashes between members of the nationalist movement Right Sector and National Guard troops. The Right Sector have been calling for legal ouster of President and the Government.
I agree with the first President Kravchuk when he said that the ongoing political crisis in the country may end with something very, very bad. That there may be no new maidan but a new revolution and a last revolution. I think it is possible that the people of Ukraine are running out of patience and the crisis may prompt them for a new revolution.
Ukraine's Parliament have failed to send Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and his government to resignation by an overwhelming vote due to the fact the Petro Poroshenko Bloc holds the most power. He said that his government has to deal with pressure from those domestic forces that are seeking to get to power. Yatsenyuk said 'The current government has done more over one year than all the previous governments in 20 years. But the cabinet is under never ending attack from certain forces in the country which seek to get to power'. That is absolute rubbish and he cannot even deal with the economy. He is abusing power and democracy.
Ukraine's former President Viktor Yanukovych who was removed from power in a coup said he is ready to serve as its President and wants to come back to rule Ukraine. The procedure to dismiss Yanukovych from office is a gross violation of Ukraine's constitution. When he fled Kiev for his life, the parliament voted to terminate his powers. But he cannot return to the office of President as there were mass protests in support of the European integration where many people were killed, and he was deprived of his title of President. There is still the suspicion of embezzlement and misappropriation of funds. He has the right not to be discriminated against for his political opinions. It was the way Yanukovych handled his government relating to the Association agreement that ended very badly, and the bad decisions that went with them. There was corruption in all spheres which have not been tackled by any politicians. As a result Ukraine was split and divided.
The present Ukrainian Government Verkhovna Rada have boasted that it has solved a lot of domestic problems and that it is the only one who can solve problems, which is not true. There is no real progress, no pragmatism, no altruism and no democracy. The war is still ongoing to reclaim the Donbas region which really belongs to the people of Ukraine, and not to the government. The government is acting like it owns the Donbas region, and the people, rather than acting on their behalf.
Verkhovna Rada cannot be trusted to deal with the people of Ukraine on an equal and respectful footing, and the Donbas region have begun to flex their independence by standing up to the insults against them by Verkhovna Rada.
No one in Verkhovna Rada can really solve severe domestic problems existing now, plunging more people and country into poverty with no end in sight. Someone has got to deal with Nationalists and the National Guard troops first to be able to restore the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine with such determination. I would like to see Ukraine united and at peace and know to bring real politics to Ukraine. As a political expert and adviser, I can be trusted to reconcile all the people in Ukraine including nationalists etc, and give Ukraine life. It seems all politicians in Ukraine are so divisive and corrupt.
It is common knowledge that there have been weak leaders in the past and present, which does not offer hope to the people of Ukraine. This in return, the people of Ukraine are desperately restless and impatient hoping for reconciliation and unity.

Failure of talks by Contact Groups and Normandy Four regarding Ukraine's crisis
It comes at no suprise that the Normandy Four cannot reach agreement on the peaceful settlement of Donbas. The Normandy Four have now ceased to exist, as they have reached a dead end with no hope in sight. That is because they can only participate in talks, and cannot take action.
The situation will deteriorate if both sides cannot lay down arms, and it will be a long drawn out war while Verkhovna Rada is now more incapable than ever. The Ukrainian Government is attempting to bury any attempts to implement the Minsk agreements. However I do welcome any progress regarding de-mining and boundaries.
No progress have been made in Contact groups etc as Kiev is unwilling to take action for a stable ceasefire. If Kiev wanted the EU membership, it has to work hard for it to give Ukraine the peace it wanted. Continuing escalation and de-escalation are happening nearly both at the same time with no progress. Kiev is de-stabilising Europe with the ongoing war.
No progress on political issues can be made unless the situation is stable and secure. Stability and security is paramount. Without that, as my fears were confirmed, there can be no elections and if they do take place. It will not be without corruption and fighting. There has got to be a necessary security level in order for the elections to take place.
We now can predict the Ukraine's crisis will end up very badly now that we are clear about the appalling situation.
Our only hope is that there will be a new President, or OSCE who plays a role in security will have to take action, and do more to de-escalate the conflict to protect civilians. What they can do is make clear what the boundaries are and set them up. They then can use drones or aviation to fire warning shots in the middle between engagement lines on both sides.
If the drones are too powerful as to harm civilians living behind engagement lines. OSCE will have to come up with a plan to come between engagement lines firing with less impact. We can only think of separating the both sides of the conflict in Donbas region in order to have permanent ceasefire.
If firing on between the engagement lines is successful, then the widening between the engagement lines will get wider depending on acreage will make both sides step back more further and further. These would be positive steps to the path of peace.
It is OSCE who has the chief role to play in any conflict who can only get between the two sides.

Ankara has no right to argue that the Russian sanctions allegedly violate trade rules. Kremlin have responded by saying that its economic actions are fully within the framework of the WTO rules. Imposing sanctions on trade is not the same, as imposing sanctions on the economy.
There are reactions of gloating and indifference regarding the Turkish government's policy against Kurds and Syrians shows that Turkey is not a healthy society, and should lose the status of Islamist State country. Turkey's operation is sowing hatred and indifference among the general population because of its prolonged brutality due to Islamist views of the Ottoman Empire and geopolitical gains. Kurds and Syrians are discriminated against for being who they are and what they are, and the Turkey's greed of wanting a slice of Syria is obvious by being involved with the radical Islamist State (ISIL). Kurds and Syrians both want equality, and be part of the same government and needs to be treated the same as other Turkish civilians. I have to stress, not all Turkish civilians are supporting ISIL. The Turkish Government is setting a dangerous precedent of leading, to support ISIL.
Homes and livelihoods have been destroyed especially, in the Turkish Kurdish town of Cizre near the border of Syria and Iraq. It is gross violations of human rights against the Kurds and Syrians by Turkey.
Pro-Kurdish Democratic Regions Party Co-Chairman Kamuran Yuksek said "As Turkey's de facto martial law remains in force in the country's southeastern Sur district for the fourth month since December 3, the town's Kurdish population faces increasingly strange conditions. Turkey has labeled the lockdown in which civilians are prohibited from leaving their homes around the clock a "curfew," as military operations against the banned Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) are ongoing. According to Yüksek's figures, around 200 people remain in the district despite Turkey's policy of deporting them from the area into camps, which it calls "evacuation. People are given the opportunity to choose one of two things. Either given in to the ensuing detention, for which they need to undress and come out with their hands up one at a certain time. People rightly considered these conditions unacceptable and offensive to their dignity. Or, the second option is to stay in the building and every moment to risk their lives, because their attacks carried out routinely and en masse. Passing through what Turkey calls a "security corridor" also does not guarantee security, as Turkish troops have opened fire on civilians who attempted to "evacuate" through such a corridor, Yüksek said. I want to appeal to Turkish society about the need to unite to oppose this AKP government policy. The authorities' actions are creating serious and deep divisions in our society. By its actions, the AKP has formed a society of people who feel satisfaction and joy while reading reports of Kurds killed in Cizre, Silopi, and Sura. Is it normal? Is it possible to relate with understanding humanity, humanity?"
Cyprus
Cyprus is now a peaceful country or so it seems, but as far as I know the present situation is still of division between the Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots and Greek Cypriots. Turkish Cypriots owns most of half of Cyprus and the Greek Cypriots the other half, that is if I am correct. The geopolitical status is all wrong as it is supposed to be a whole community with no isolation from either sides. It gives problems such as housing. People will say, " We cannot live with the Greek Cypriots if we wanted to buy a house in the area, as the population is too overwhelming. Or that the people are forbidden to buy a house from the Greek Cypriots and vice versa".
There must be more integration among ethnic minorities in order to have a more peaceful Cyprus to enable more democratic rights.

Leaders are calling for resolution to Palestine after meetings, to highlight the real problems of Palestine. We need more countries including Spain take part in international efforts to help Palestine in order to achieve peace in the Middle East.
Meldonium
On March 7, 2016, former world number one tennis player Maria Sharapova announced that she had failed a drug test in Australia due to the detection of Meldonium. She said that she had been taking the drug for ten years for various health issues, and had not noticed that it had been banned.
Inventor of Meldonium Ivars Kalviņš has criticized the ban saying that WADA had not presented scientific proof that the drug can be used for doping. According to him Meldonium doesn't enhance athletic performance in any way, and was rather used by athletes to prevent damage to heart and muscles being caused by lack of oxygen during high intensity exercise. He claimed that not allowing athletes to take care of their health is violation of human rights, and that decision was made either out of bias against Eastern European athletes or to take out competition.
Head of Anti-doping department of Latvian Sports medicine center Liene Kozlovska rejected claims that the ban is violation of rights saying that Meldonium is dangerous in high doses and should only be used under medical supervision to treat genuine health conditions. She also speculated that Russian athletes may not have received adequate warnings that the drug was banned due to suspension of Russian Anti-Doping Agency in late 2015.
December 2015 study in the journal Drug Testing and Analysis argued that Meldonium "demonstrates an increase in endurance performance of athletes, improved rehabilitation after exercise, protection against stress, and enhanced activations of central nervous system (CNS) functions.
It was added to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list of banned substances effective 1 January 2016 because of evidence of its use by athletes with the intention of enhancing performance. It was on the 2015 WADA's list of drugs to be monitored. WADA considers the drug to be a metabolic modulator, similar to insulin.
Meldonium plays a critical role in energy production is used for a variety of heart problems. It transports long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidized (burned) to produce energy.
Meldonium acts to inhibit fatty acid oxidation. It also transports the toxic compounds generated out this cellular organelle to prevent their accumulation. Given these key functions, Melonium is concentrated in tissues like skeletal and cardiac muscle that utilise fatty acids as a dietary fuel.
There is no evidence it can improve exercise or physical performance in healthy subjects, and do not increase the body's use oxygen or improve metabolic rate when exercising, nor do they increase the amount of Meldonium in muscle.
From my point of view, Meldonium is a health drug which is a limited market cardiac drug, and can only be prescribed by doctors which is legal, and is supervised. Obtaining Meldonium from other sources is illegal.
WADA cannot ban the health drug if it is prescribed by doctors, and proof of prescription would be needed to show WADA that is used for variety of heart problems. Doctors can prescribe Meldonium to athletes to prevent damage to heart and muscles to maintain their well being and keep them healthy, with proof of prescription.
Meldonium is not a sport drug, and is not to be used as a sports drug. You cannot be clearer than that.
Athletes would use high energy drinks or drink cups of coffee (caffeine) to boost their energy levels. I do not see WADA banning these for standard exercise tolerance and cellular energy metabolism.
Full acquittal of athletes
Athletes could well be pressing for the full acquittal of athletes suspected of using Meldonium and other banned substances. In order to complete innocence of deliberate violations of anti-doping rules, it will be impossible to bring those responsible to justice.
Athletes have been known to violate rules by taking green tea, ginseng or medication for coughs and colds, the list goes on and on. Athletes could not take the drugs or banned substances deliberately, but could be victims of envy, jealousy or money. Attempts could have been made to discredit athletes, and polygraph can only confirm this.
The question remains whether highly skilled doctors and medical personnel broke the degree of responsibility to favour any athletes. Should the national team be involved in prescribing?
The banned substances are so comprehensive, and places great restrictions on athletes to try and keep squeaky clean bodies of any toxics. They could accidentally be found before, during or after.
While athletes take care of their bodies, surely it is up to the anti-doping agencies to create a body to monitor athletes before events by doing a search of any banned substances.
It is really the responsibility of anti-doping agencies to prevent such occurrences of athletes unknowingly take any banned substance before events. So that any banned substances does not show before, during, and after events as well.
Anti-doping agencies could at the same time can make sure no one can purchase green tea, ginseng, medicines for coughs and colds, glucose tablets etc on the premises by refusing to sell such products.
It is called preventative measure to safeguard and protect athletes' reputation.
Having a banned substance on the premises is temptation to sabotage a rival, and ruin anyone's lives.
The main responsibility lies with anti-doping agencies to look after the welfare of athletes to make sure there is no foul play, and to secure any athletes' reputation.
Discovery about Meldonium
Meldonium is actually synthetically derived chemical relative of the natural bio-chemical L-Carnitine. L-Carnitine does not appear to be used by Athletes as I think this is a forbidden amino acid.
In Moscow, you can buy Meldonium over the counter. It is also available with a prescription throughout Eastern Europe. It may have unexpected Meldonium side effects which may include irregular heartbeat, changes in blood pressure, irregular skin conditions, an allergic reaction and/or indigestion.
Meldonium as I discovered is a metabolic modulator activator of the AMP-activated protein kinase. It has stimulation of skeletal muscle fatty acid oxidation, and muscle glucose uptake and modulation of insulin secretion by pancreatic beta cells increasing higher energy levels than normal.
Glutamine is permissible for athletes to use and used worldwide. It prevents muscle wasting, build and maintain muscle mass including heart, increases recovery time from sport activity, wound healing, healthy maintenance, muscle damage is repaired more effectively enhancing metabolism of fats and stabilising blood sugar levels.
Glutamine works the same way as Meldonium but without side effects and energy levels is more normal than Meldonium.
There are a few amino acids that athletes can use, but I would check with WADA for approval.
The use of Glutamine has higher benefits than Meldonium, maintaining the right balance for the body undergoing physical exertion to a degree. Glutamine also helps in the normal functioning of the immune system, boosting it after physical exercise to prevent colds and flu.
Insulin dependent diabetes is required to submit to TUE for use of insulin.

Asking Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk to step down gracefully
Ukraine cannot rely on Western bailouts and cannot keep surviving on European gas which is 30% more expensive. Verkhovna Rada has a myopic view of politics. In a little over a year, living standards in Ukraine have fallen by half, the value of the currency has slumped by more than two thirds and inflation has skyrocketed to 43%. Incomes are very low etc.
Most of the policies are suicidal, exacerbated by reckless government borrowings on 'draconian repayment conditions'. No one should tolerate the deliberate impoverishment of the population for political gain. There is a high risk for Ukraine as a failed state with no sovereignty, no territorial integrity and no unity in sight. There is a deep political and economic turmoil where Verkhovna Rada has a myopic view of politics.
I as a European citizen can only guarantee any realistic structural reforms. I can guarantee sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity for Ukraine. I can guarantee integration with a reformed EU for all Ukrainian citizens of all different nationalities.
The former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has suggested a bet is made to switch places with Yatsenyuk to take his office to restore everything in two years that have been destroyed by the Ukrainian government. To correct all the mistakes made, which includes raising salaries and pensions, reducing tariffs and restoring in the country stability that the government failed to ensure after two years.
Azarov also said that he would guarantee peace, and that he will not be the only winner but the Ukrainian people will win. Ukrainian government have been so unsatisfactory, and the Parliament have failed to send the government to resignation by not gaining enough votes.
Azarov and myself make a passionate plea to Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk to step down gracefully, and let us take over so that I would be the next President and Azarov the next Prime Minister. I will be monitoring Azarov closely to make sure the political processes run smoothly to plan, and keeping our promises to keep the country afloat.
We will not be winning, but the Ukrainian citizens will win. They are winning anyway, as they take precedent over the failing government. The people are always right, and the politicians wrong.
There will be restoration of sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity of Ukraine under us.

North Korea's future
United States is to be blamed for their old policies for interfering in countries's affairs when countries are in trouble. This has led to North Korea's legitimate security concerns to take action to increase their own self defence. North Korea has a one way path to self destruction. Nuclear and Missile tests launched recently are a cry for help. The US is well known for aggressive provocations in the past, but that is changing to more dialogues and talks with every country.
North Korea still sees US as a threat to its own security by getting involved with South Korea and threatening to use THAAD anti-missile system. What US is doing now is only enhancing their own defence system. And as long as US hangs around the Korean peninsula, the more threatened North Korea feels.
North Korea is fully aware of what US has done in the past creating a cold war, making conflicts worse in Libya, Iraq, Syria etc. North Korea can only respond and reciprocate with great insecurity about US by firing all kinds of weapons.
North Korea is technically in a state of war with US with great distrust and NATO's participation in large scale joint military exercises around the world. The US does have a track record of destroying countries that do not have the military strategic means to adequately defend themselves. That has led North Korea to flex their own muscles to deter realistic threats.
While there are US' weaponry and arms making themselves present internationally, and inadvertently creating an arms race. North Korea is taking steps further to increase more military presence by firing. That is where tensions started from the cold war to present day with more tensions increasing with a prospect of a new cold war. These problems are caused by US influence in and around North Korea.
Any escalatory moves from US is seen as a danger to the existing strategic balance around the Korean peninsula. That hostilities could break out if North Korea is presented to be in a very fragile state. Although North Korea's testing of nuclear and missile capabilities does not make the situation crazy, but it does make it irresponsible in the grander scheme of things.
There is only a diplomatic solution for North Korea's self defence mechanisms, and helping to reduce the tensions. The only real solution is for US to stay away from the Korean peninsula, the South China Sea etc in order for North Korea to be able to relax, and put down their arms and think about the peace treaty.
North Korea has to be reassured that US will not be anywhere in the vicinity now, and in the near future. It would help if US had a written agreement ready to say, it has no intention to cause any trouble and will stay away.
I would find the presence of US unnerving, wondering what on earth it is going to do next.

Idiocracy of Verkhovna Rada
I cannot help but feel anger and frustration at Verkhovna Rada's registration of a bill severing ties, diplomatic ties with Russia. Verkhovna Rada have already made the parliament unpopular, and have committed political suicide.
The politicians appear to have got the mental age of ten year olds. Only ten year olds would think of a bill like that. The world would certainly think the bill is so childish, and with false patriotism.
There have been a chain of idiocracies of similar bills as this. If no one know what idiocracy is, then one is an idiot.
Verkhovna Rada does not seem to know how to make Ukraine a great country without prejudice and bias. It is too occupied and obsessed, thinking all things relating to Russia that it cannot see the wood for the trees. We do not need a bill to severe ties with Russia, as it will not make a difference.
Verkhovna Rada does not want to be concentrating on reforms, and reviving the economy, thinking of the Ukrainian civilians putting their interests first, and solving the problems of Ukraine. Also giving Ukraine identity by putting a stamp on it to show what Ukraine is.
If Verkhovna Rada is going to keep on the wrong path to democracy with economic collapse and no civilian rights, there will be no Ukraine.
Verkhovna Rada are taking their grievances out on the civilians of the Donbas region who have Russian ancestry as well as European ancestry. It will only fuel the civil war further, and let it spiral out of control.
There is no chance of Ukraine being able to survive as it is, without cooperation and coordination of other countries. Ukraine needs a grown up, mature leader willing to take responsibilities, and restore it to rights. Ukrainian civilians does not want to be jobless and live in poverty.
It will soon be the turn of parliamentarians who will be disgraced, humiliated and be in poverty.
Having a European citizen such as myself can help Ukraine with so many problems and obstacles.
If Verkhovna Rada does not want to change, then that is fine by me! It is their main problem! Then there will be no progress! Ukraine is already politically dead!

Federation of Syria
It is very important to have a United Syria with sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity. Any suggestion of a federal northern Syria would upset anyone. A federal Syria with autonomies are unacceptable.
It would be more constructive to have a Federation of Syria with Kurdish autonomous country rather than autonomous regions to also merge with Kobani. Kurds are an important component of a united Syria, and badly needs an autonomous country. Kurds needs identity of their own which they never had.
I would not be suprised if a federal Syria is rejected outright, as it would not give a United Syria with sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity.
Kurds have been part of Syria for centuries, and so have other ethnic minorities. Other ethnic minorities will be protected by the Kurds. We cannot have peace without justice, so it is very important to consider Kurds and other ethnic minorities will always be part of Syria.
Kurds living in northern Syria will help to protect the Turkey/Iraq borders. And they could control the borders to prevent creeping expansionism from other countries including Turkey.
Kurds can help end the five year war if an autonomous country is recognised, and has a legal document to prove that. Kurds will effectively reduce the conflict on that score, if we have a Federation of Syria. With the Kurds only have one autonomous country where some kurdish regions will be included, and also include Kurdistan and Mount Sinjar.
Federation of Syria would have a new parliament and presidency to keep sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity.
This would settle all arguments and disagreements, especially when you think that history of the five year war should not be repeated. And that no terrorist or extremist group will be able to do anything about that. Federation is like a shield no one can penetrate if anyone try to start a war ever again.
https://www.rt.com/news/336323-kurds-turkey-war-minority/
Long and troubled history about the Kurds without a state. This is a comprehensive history going back to the Ottoman Empire when Kurds were deprived of their lands, and the changes in religion. The opposition needs to be aware of this history in order to stop this conflict going back hundreds of years. A decision can then be reached to pave the way to peace and have a new Federation of Syria.

Final Warning from North Korea
This is a final warning from North Korea. North Korea's Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea [CPRK] said 'The revolutionary army is ready to unleash a war of retribution in order to destroy the United States and their South Korean allies. Pyongyang will no longer tolerate reckless military provocations of US and South Korea, on the four day maneuvers of military ships of US and South Korea that started on March 22nd in the framework of the large scale military drills codenamed Foal Eagle. Around 50 ships and submarines from each side including USS John C Stennis are taking part in maneuvers underway in the Yellow Sea and the Sea of Japan'. This was confirmed by South Korean Defence Ministry.
Please see my article of the 13th March about North Korea's future stating my concerns. We cannot allow aggressive provocations to take place by US and South Korea against North Korea and they need to be stopped. Our lives are at stake, and it is not worth having these provocations. We simply cannot ignore what is going on right now.
Ukraine - Minsk Accords - Savchenko
It is imperative that security be achieved in order to hold the Donbas elections in Eastern Ukraine. The last thing we want is a delay. A package of measures to implement the September 2014 Minsk agreements is fundamentally important to stop the conflict that has gone on for two years or less. The Minsk agreements clearly point to the need of constitutional changes with decentralisation being the key element, permanent legislation on the special status of separate districts of the Donbas region, amnesty supported by a law banning the persecution of participants in the Donbas events. Under the Minsk agreements, this should be the basis for resolving other problems by the package of measures.
Donbas security is impossible without political settlement, and we cannot have double standards and corruption. I do not know if there are real opportunities to solve problems linked to the election legislation, and hold the elections as early as the first half of 2016.
The Minsk Accords were created under unfavourable conditions, meaning that President Yanukovych was ousted illegally during the coup d'etat. The elections were illegal and corrupt, the parliament was formed illegally without President Yanukovych, the election of Poroshenko is illegal and more illegal as he is the oligarch as well, the bills passed were idiocracies, the war against the civilians of the Donbas region was illegal and so on. So anything said by Verkhovna Rada is not even legal and binding.
While the Minsk Accords are legal and accepted by the international community, the residents of the Donbas region have fallen foul of Verkhovna Rada, and is really powerless to do anything, let alone to try and stop the civil war between the Ukrainian government and the Donbas region.
I am in favour of holding elections under the old Ukrainian law that applies to all regions all over Ukraine and Donbas region is no exception. The elections taking place in the Donbas region with or without security will help us determine what the results may be, and what could be done after that. It depends on whether there is an overwhelming vote against Verkhovna Rada or not.
Other than that, while Ukraine has formed another coalition with another party called Revival hosted by another oligarch, and electing a new Prime Minister which is illegal by standards. If a legal stand in could be provided, it would stop the civil war. Then elections can proceed with security and without threats.
Savchenko has been found guilty by the Russian legal system. Ukraine's legal system is a mess and is corrupted so there is no way Savchenko can have a fair trial in Ukraine. Savchenko have been tried fairly in Russia. While Russia is acting in strict accordance with its national legislation. It is blackmail from Ukraine to ask for a swap of two Russians detained in Ukraine on possibly false charges. It is a dilemma for Russia to think about proposals for a swap and thinking of a humanitarian solution. It is not advisable to exchange Savchenko as there is no guarantee that she would spend up to 22 years in prison while in Ukraine. She could get off scot free, and serve in Verkhovna Rada without serving imprisonment. That could not happen unless a new legal President is able to take over the care of Savchenko's imprisonment in Ukraine. The punishment imposed on Savchenko by the Russian Justice Court is an example, and probably the first, that no one should have the liberty to kill or murder any journalists even in a war.

The eight point plan has been submitted to all parties for approval to create a new Syria. The other point is to keep Syria's sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity.
Appeal to Verkhovna Rada
Could I please appeal as Acting President of Ukraine in the absence of its President and Verkhovna Rada to your senses to find common ground tomorrow? It has been nearly two years of bloodshed. We desperately need a political solution to put an end to the conflict. We could show the world that we can keep hope, by showing courage and determination to end the war.
Firstly we can start by agreeing that we want to keep Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity. This is the easy step as I am sure everyone would agree to that.
Secondly we start agreeing to decentralisation of the Donbas region within the framework of Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity with Verkhovna Rada as the main parliament.
Thirdly we start to agree unity of the country is fundamental.
Fourth we start to agree that Ukrainians are very proud people to give Ukraine its own identity, culture, religion, history and language. [Ukrainians are of ethnic minorities but sharing, and being Ukrainians and respecting customs].
Fifth we start to agree that we have cessation of hostilities with no more violations against its own civilians, and end the continuation of this horrible conflict.
Sixth we start to agree that we all want peace in order to have normality and start thinking about living and surviving without violence.
Seventh we start to agree that we can develop and rebuild Ukraine on the basis of peace, understanding, goodwill and togetherness as Ukrainians.
Once we have all agreed to all the seven points, we then can proceed to more points including amnesty etc.
All Parties need to agree with no abstinence please. The higher score there is the better.
Ukraine situation now
John Kerry have been speaking about the situation in Ukraine and the need for the full implementation of the Minsk agreement in order to achieve peace and stability.
He said ' It is very important for the separatists to reduce the violence. It is very difficult for any government of President Poroshenko to take difficult political steps when he is being fired on, when his troops are being killed and when his country, part of his country is being disrupted. Ukraine has to deal. The government in Kiev has to do things. But they have done many things. They passed the amnesty law. They passed the special status law. They have engaged in difficult circumstances, in order to show that they are committed. The separatists have almost never, in the whole process stopped the firing. Now they are continuing to fire even with heavy artillery. They have not allowed the OSCE to fully be able to monitor all the way up to the international border. They have not released hostages. So there are a list of things that the separatists need to do. And we believe Russia has an ability to be able to effect those, make them happen and yes we will. We are engaged with the government of Kiev. We have been on the ground. The Vice President talked to the president just the other day. We have had personnel on the ground working with the Rada. We will continue to help the government in Kiev comply'.
I have to correct John Kerry about the mistakes he made in his speech. He mentioned separatists. At the beginning of the war, they were separatists as they wanted independence. That was changed as the self defence forces was willing to give up the idea of independence of the Donbas region as a compromise during one of the contact groups. They changed their minds in order to allow other processes go through like elections. They have wanted decentralisation and still want it now. They support Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity and unity.
Poroshenko complaining about being fired on, being disrupted, having knowledge that his troops are being killed cannot stop him from making political steps. His troops should never have been in the Donbas region in the first place if they keep firing on the civilians who wants to protect their homes and lands and livelihoods.
There have been no reports from OSCE to relating to what John Kerry said that self defence forces have prevented OSCE from doing their duties except when, OSCE could be placed in real danger if the conflict was too intense. There was no impartial talk about both sides fighting in the conflict by John Kerry.
John Kerry said he and Joe Biden have been engaged with the government of Kiev, and have been on the ground working with Rada. That they will continue to help the government in Kiev comply.
I am sorry but I do not see any results coming from their efforts, and it is obvious they are a bad influence on Verkhovna Rada. The way I see it, Ukraine is living in a parallel world next to Russia. There have been no implementation of the Minsk Accords, and there have been no real progress to peace and stability with no permanent ceasefire. John Kerry and Joe Biden should never have been talking to Ukrainian Parliament at all. It was US who got involved in the coup d'etat, manipulated elections leading to more corruption, and threw billions of dollars at Ukraine which the parliament accepted as a bribe. Kiev have refused to take part in talks such as contact groups.
Now that I have made corrections, I hope things will improve for Ukraine to stop living in a parallel world. Security is paramount, and elections must take place very soon.

Russian Foreign Ministry's commissioner for human rights, democracy and the rule of law -The conditions in Donbas region is appalling, with some infrastructure destroyed, people living in poverty and without access to water, health care etc. There is a report from UN also confirms condemning the way the people of Donbas region had to live as well.
Waging war on evil and sectarian ideologies
http://sputniknews.com/politics/20160326/1037016775/europe-islamization-terrorism.html
This is the long unspoken story of Europe's Islamisation going back to the 1960s in Belgium - who is behind the terror upsurge. It helps to understand Europe's Islamisation gone wrong.
The spreading of Wahhabi and Salafist ideology in Europe is completely unacceptable. It is radical religion with tones of violence. Belgium is particularly vulnerable to jihadist terrorism encouraged by Wahhabi and Salafist ideology and its fundamentalism. It has the Great mosque of Brussels and the Islamic and Cultural Centre of Islam in Molenbeek in Belgium. It started with the 'implanting of Saudi Salafist preachers in Belgium since the 1960s'.
It has sectarian teachings of Islam which is not really Islam, as it does support violence of its own kind and does not encourage peace, and is a bad influence. Salafist Jihadism has nothing to do with the teaching of Islam. Wahhabis established the Muslim Brotherhood back in the 1920s which then formed the Al Qaeda in later years. Belgium became an important centre for the global Muslim Brotherhood in Europe of which Germany became part.
There is a real need for leadership of the Belgian government and European Union to take this information seriously, and do something to take certain measures to mitigate and eliminate the terror threat. We cannot allow Muslims to be misguided and misinformed, while such information of sectarian and evil ideologies exist. At the same time, Europe needs to deal with poverty and socialisation problems among Muslims who wanted to be treated fairly and equally.
It is unacceptable to let the spreading of Wahhabis and Salafist ideologies to continue today, as we are in the 21st century. These ideologies would not be readily adopted by terrorist organisations, if these ideologies were not to exist today.
We have successfully countered terrorism against this propaganda and information technology.
We now have the opportunity to uproot the deep rooted elements, and problems of this evil body, and would be the effective weapon of the war on propaganda, and gathering of the Muslim brotherhood especially in the Grand mosque of Brussels.
We have the opportunity to wage war on sectarian and evil ideologies anywhere in Europe, by making sure that only true and real Islam can be preached all over the world legally.

Darkness and Fear is weak
Darkness and Fear is weakness and has no strength. Terror and violence lives in darkness and fear. They cannot destroy us, they may break the flesh and blood, but they cannot break the spirit. In the flesh we stand together and show that we are not afraid of terror. We seek hope and inspiration from our fundamental values, truth and principles which is the good. Pessimism imprison the souls of those who seek to destroy, have no hope and that is bad. Fear and darkness that has no religion controls the heart, mind and body. We all stand together to refuse to let fear and darkness into our lives, because we only believe in the goodness of God or Allah. We will not profane the name of God or Allah to justify the bad. Believing in the good and not evil, triumphs over terror and darkness. There is life, hope and purpose for those who do not live in fear and darkness. There will always be light in our lives, and this light will never be extinguished by terror and darkness.
Terror and darkness is evil and not the norm. Terror and darkness is a cowardly act against an innocent man or woman or child. Terror and darkness is insecure and unbalanced. Terror and darkness is not a model of safety or stability, even in political pursuit or gains.
Ideology is terror and darkness itself which motivates radicals whether it is religious, political or even ethnic. This goal of terror is to instil fear and erode the fabric of power to eventually bend the state to terror's will.
Terror and darkness is contamination belonging to those who use terror and darkness destroying their own souls without ever seeing light or salvation. Terror and darkness does not make for a safer and better world.
Only light and hope can make for a safer and better world. We can easily address the root of terror and darkness and recognise that behind an ideology is a monster who survives on its ability to exploit socio-economic upsets, religious lay lines, and political fractures.
We will never choose violence, oppression, stigmatisation, and profiling to smite the enemies or seek divisions as we call them bad.
Light and hope is good and triumphs over terror and darkness. There will always be light and hope in our lives, without that, we know we cannot live without them.
Turkey and the Ottoman Empire
A Kurdish autonomous zone in Syria can herald the beginning of a whole new era and an end to the infamous Sykes-Picot Accord which was done mostly secretly to divide up the Arab territories of the former Ottoman Empire into spheres of influences. Sykes-Picot was created on the 19th May 1916 after the World War One. But that was before we knew the real history of the Middle East, and what impact it may have on the Middle East. Sykes-Picot needs revising for the Syrians. Syria has got the opportunity to resolve the Kurdish question by offering the Kurds security they seek. Syrian Kurds should be afforded the opportunities as Turkey keeps mounting up the rebellion against the Kurds. The new political framework under Damascus would benefit the Middle East bringing peace. All territory south of the Taurus mountains is in reality Syrian. The mountain chain is the geographical barrier that separated the new nations for centuries, and it was not after the fall of the Ottoman Empire that some regions south of the mountain were considered part of Turkey. Turkey took advantage of snatching Cilicia and Iskenderun from Syria, and also the entire region south of the Taurus mountains which had no legal status or agreement from other countries including Syria. We could use this advantage against the Turks. We need to take a stance that Turkey cannot in reality change history even they tried, and what Turkey did is illegal, and even now, creating conflicts for geopolitical gains in order to have another Ottoman Empire.

Easter Sunday Lahore massacre
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-35910124
I am so disgusted and saddened at the Easter Sunday Lahore massacre which killed some Christians and Muslims. Any terrorist group have achieved nothing, and would not make a difference killing people. Those killed should be recognised as martyrs for their faiths, and will have eternal salvation. Only the good people can enter the gates of heaven, and the bad [terrorists] enter the gates of hell. Any terrorist group cannot erode the fabric of power to eventually bend the state to terror's will. It will only make Pakistan take more action in countering terrorism.

Turkish children being introduced to radical Islam so early
http://sputniknews.com/middleeast/20160329/1037151083/turkey-martyr-government-magazine.html
Turkish government's magazine is selling radical religious death to kids by introducing the children to radical Islam at an early age. This is outrageous, as Turkey should not have radical Islamisation policies including martyrdom to children. There seems to be no tight control on how we give children religious education all over the world. These children are being abused mentally and emotionally to grow up in a parallel world of violence and war. They have to be protected to make sure schools are legally offering the right type of religious education. It is the young generation that is passing to the next generation without new world order. It is rape, and brainwashing of the mind. There seems to be no end to the Turkish government wanting radical Islam, and the influence of radical Islam is spreading all over Europe and the rest of the world. We have to stop it, as children and trained adults will die in vain if caught in a war without knowing it is not the true path to martyrdom. Committing suicide is not the way to heaven and will not have eternal salvation.
Falkland Islands
Under UN law, countries have sovereign rights over their continental shelves up to 200 nautical miles from their shorelines. They can apply to extend the boundary to a radius of 350 nautical miles from their coastlines if they can prove that the area is a natural prolongation of their dry landmass.
UN Commission rules that disputed Falklands Islands lie inside Argentinian waters. The UN commission on the limits of the continental shelf which expand Argentina's maritime territory in the South Atlantic Ocean by 35% to include the disputed Falklands Islands, and beyond is wrong. It is not in Argentinian waters but in the South Atlantic Ocean.
The Falklands Islands have been populated for five hundred years, and now we have permanent settlers. They have to be protected, and does not want their islands inhabited with Argentinians to take advantage of Falkland Islanders resources.
A spokesman of the UK government have not seen the full report and said the commission was merely an advisory body. 'It is important to note that this is an advisory committee, it makes recommendations, they are not legally binding and the commission does not have jurisdiction over sovereignty issues. What is important is what do the Falkland Islanders themselves think? They have been clear that they want to remain an overseas territory of the UK and we will still support their right to determine their own future'.
Argentina is claiming that its waters had increased by 1.7m square km [0.66m square miles by the decision of the UN Commission by saying 'This reaffirms our sovereignty rights over the resources of our continental shelf'. It still does not mean Argentina now have sovereignty rights. Falkland Islands have their own sovereignty rights as the islands are inhabited by Falkland Islanders. There has got to be a certain space between Argentina and Falkland Islands to protect the Falkland Islanders to enable them to live in peace and without disruption. Argentina was wrong to launch an attack to try and claim the Falkland Islands by starting a 1982 war.
Argentina may now claim they have more fishing rights and mineral rights which is not rightly theirs.
Argentina has no right to create a dispute in the first place. When Falkland Islanders established the Falkland Islands as their colony, they did not know anything about potential 12 scientific maritime surveys which then took place in later years in 1995. Argentina is trying to make potentially commercially invaluable claims, when it realised the golden opportunity, to try and take over the Falkland Islands for their own geopolitical gains.
Argentina is a huge country and has chain of islands on the other side of Argentina which is not in the South Atlantic Ocean. Argentina is just being too greedy.
Article 77 of the Law of the Sea only refers to sedentary species. UN should not be altering 'customary international law for the sake of one country whose actions in 1982 cost over thousand of lives.
It is Falkland Islanders right of self determination when Falkland Islands became inhabited. They do not want anyone to boost their flagging coffers at the expense of the livelihoods of people who do not wish to be part of Argentina. They do not want to lose peace and serenity. Falklands Islands have been self governing for a very long time, and nothing can change that.

Poroshenko have failed as President even further, ending in hopeless Ukraine.
http://sputniknews.com/europe/20160330/1037183141/ukraine-economy-politics-corruption.html
Poroshenko Administration at helm of rampant Ukrainian corruption.
We have had reports that Poroshenko have fired some members of his party for complaining about corruption. We have had firing of some authorities for trying to tackle corruption. The list goes on and on. Poroshenko is effectively encouraging corruption and other vices.
The coalition have failed in Verkhovna Rada, and a new coalition is highly likely to fail because it is not the new coalition we need. The new coalition has to include all different parties to enable them to take part for mutual agreement. The parties are so divided because one or two does not want Poroshenko to take the lead. Eventually there will be no coalition if all parties drop out, and that could cause an impeachment.
There never has been mutual agreement and respect from either parties on each issue, as the rest of the parties are divided are on each issue despite the votes. The votes mostly comes from Poroshenko's bloc party and they are illegal.
It is impossible for anyone especially Poroshenko to find common ground on each issue with agreement from each party. I am very good at that because I seek what is fair and apply justice to each issue, and can get all parties to agree on mutual consent without divisions.
It is the lack of fairness, and justice that makes a very bad government of which Poroshenko is the President [illegal].
In fact Verkhovna Rada is too amateurish in tackling politics especially when politics can be so controversial, radical and have no common ground.

White House statement by Joe Biden
Vice President Biden spoke today with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The Vice President condemned the unjust conviction and sentencing of Ukrainian pilot and member of parliament Nadiya Savchenko and underlined Russia's obligation under the Minsk Agreements to release her. The Vice President emphasized the importance of Ukraine quickly reestablishing a stable government and parliamentary coalition committed to implementing needed reforms. The leaders agreed on the importance of fully implementing all aspects of the Minsk agreements in order to end the suffering of the people living in separatist-controlled areas in eastern Ukraine and restore Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The two leaders also expressed deep sorrow for the victims of today's horrific terrorist attack in Belgium.
This sounds like a April Fool's joke. The Vice President saying that he condemned Savchenko's unjust conviction and sentencing. Is he trying to say that the Russian Justice System is not up to standard, and incapable of administering justice. That the Ukraine's Justice System is better? Perhaps she should be tried at The Hague for the murder of journalists? Savchenko's imprisonment in Russia is not related to the Minsk Accords or have anything to do with it, even in name. This is laughable.
It is laughable to mention the expression of deep sorrow for the victims of Belgium. This is again has no relation to the Minsk Accords. I have never once heard the two leaders ever expressed sorrow over victims of Ukraine, and that makes me angry.
The Vice President emphasized the importance of Ukraine quickly re-establishing a stable government and parliamentary coalition committed to implementing needed reforms. The leaders agreed on the importance of fully implementing all aspects of the Minsk agreements in order to end the suffering of the people living in separatist-controlled areas in eastern Ukraine and restore Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Again it is laughable to mention separatist [self defence forces] controlled areas which shows Biden is so out of touch with reality on all aspects of politics in Ukraine. Biden could start by weakening the Ukraine's government, by NATO losing control of the borders of Ukraine put there by Baltic States' paranoia.
I do not believe that Poroshenko is serious about the importance of fully implementing all aspects of the Minsk agreements to end the suffering of the people in Ukraine. Failure of the Poroshenko's government to implement the Minsk Accords is laughable.
The incentive [carrot] by US is there for Verkhovna Rada to have millions of pounds if a new established government, and parliamentary coalition is created, and committing to implementing the Minsk Accords.
Again it is laughable that a resolution has been passed by Verkhovna Rada to sever ties with Russia. In effect, it has severed the Minsk Accords.

Nuclear Industry Summit
The Nuclear Industry Summit took place at the end of March 2016. The Summit was aimed to securing the use, storage and transport of strategic nuclear and radiological materials, managing the cyber threat and the role of nuclear industry globally. World leaders from more than 50 countries took part in the summit focused on preventing nuclear terrorism around the world. Other topics were to secure vulnerable nuclear materials, break up black markets, detect and intercept illicitly trafficked materials.
Seeking to prevent the nuclear weapon ranks from expanding further, the United States and other like-minded states negotiated the nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) in 1996.
Since the inception of the NPT, several states have abandoned nuclear weapons programs, but others have defied the NPT. India, Israel, and Pakistan have never signed the treaty and possess nuclear arsenals.
Still, nuclear nonproliferation successes outnumber failures, and dire forecasts decades ago that the world would be home to dozens of states armed with nuclear weapons have not come to pass.
At the time the the NPT was concluded, the nuclear stockpiles of the the United States and the Soviet Union/Russia numbered in the tens of thousands. Beginning in the 1970s, U.S. and Soviet/Russian leaders negotiated a series of bilateral arms control agreements and initiatives that limited, and later, reduced the size of their nuclear arsenals. Despite that progress, the United States and Russia still deploy more than 1,500 strategic warheads on several hundred bombers and missiles, far more than necessary to deter nuclear attack, and they are modernizing their nuclear delivery systems. If these weapons were used even in a “limited” way, the result would be catastrophic nuclear devastation.
These arsenals, although smaller in number, are still dangerous and destabilizing.
All countries are claiming owning nuclear weapons are for peaceful purposes.
However, modernising nuclear weapons are not acceptable world wide, no matter what each world leader thinks. That is not progress on NPT.
I can understand US saying it feels the threat, because Russia owns more nuclear weapons and shows no signs of reducing to match these with US' count of nuclear weapons.
What is more dangerous is that one country claims superiority over the other. Even though a country who has the least nuclear weapons does not feel the threat from US or Russia as well as from other countries.
The Nuclear Summit has miserably failed having modernised, seeking modernisation, not reducing nuclear weapons, and countries still have not signed the treaty [NPT]. This is so disappointing.
It is not supposed to be about what world leaders want, it is about democracy and the people for safety, stability and security. As well as a path towards peaceful purposes.

Nagorno-Karabakh
http://sputniknews.com/europe/20160402/1037386732/nagorno-karabakh-conflict.html
This link gives the long deep history of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. They have agreed a ceasefire and restore to their initial positions. They have been blaming each other for violating the truce. This is very common blaming each other, but not common finding a third party to blame. The third party's mission is not the action, but the reaction. Its aim is to divide communities, and its goal is to let fear rule. I believe Turkey is the suspect in fuelling the conflict and coming in between the two parties. If more parties were able to blame the third party instead of blaming each other, the conflict would not have been great. It is very common for third party to pit one against the other.
When that happens and the truce is a continuing violation, the two parties against each other needs to be aware that the only peaceful purpose, is for one country to annex their country or strip it of independence and so forth. Hope this gets sorted before it gets out of hand to protect the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Inclusion of Kurds in Syrian talks
http://tass.ru/en/politics/867571
Russia's proposal on Syria inclusive talks blocked at UN Security Council - UN envoy.
This is politicised due to anti-Russia sentiments, and are not thinking of the Syrian Kurds. Their lives are in danger. The matter of inclusion of Syrian Kurds who have lived in Syria for centuries should not have been disputed. This shows the failure of the UN Security Council, and that it is not working. Surely it is up to the Chairman of the UNSC or maybe UN envoy of Syria Staffan de Mistura to finally decide. It is so ridiculous to exclude Syrian Kurds. I would rather exclude Turkey from Syrian talks, as Turkey is at war with the Kurds and Syrian Kurds. Turkey has no right to vote or claim superiority over Syrian Kurds. We need to stop this kind of politicisation and think of lives being at stake.

More on UN Security Council.
The way the UN Security Council operates all with regional players taking part for their own ambition goals is wrong, and has become biased and prejudiced. With some of the regional players contradicting UN resolutions certainly does not qualify to be on the UN Security Council.
The biggest mistake the UN Security Council has made was to make one country's identity known, after one country has submitted a resolution to be passed. It would be nice if I could submit a resolution anonymously so countries can use bias and prejudice while they work!

Lack of staffing in OSCE
http://tass.ru/en/world/867793
There is incomplete staffing with shortcomings in the operations of JCCC and OSCE. Because of that, these organisations cannot work or co-ordinate together. Problems were highlighted by Donbas unrecognised Republic on security issues as well as peace settlement. These problems may also exist in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
It is out of the question to have international police mission, as it is seen as an attempt at foreign occupation of their territories in both regions as well as in other regions. NATO is a foreign manifestation, entity, and intrusive which is the last thing we need.
It was canny at the same time, when Putin and myself thought about National Guards, operating in a different capacity. Ukraine desperately needs to replace the Ukrainian troops with National Guards who will do no harm to the people. The National Guards are essential for monitoring and observing the borders of Ukraine by special policing. The Baltic States and Ukraine would sleep well knowing if there is such a proper policing system in place that deals with their borders as well as Ukraine by National Guards.
http://tass.ru/en/world/868146
OSCE registers record number of ceasefire violations in Donbas since September 2015 by Kiev troops.
The present situation causes extreme concern. The ceasefire regimen has been observed, but still no real political process. Ceasefire continues to be violated on a daily basis, and already has tragic consequences for the region of Donbas as well as for the whole of Ukraine. What affects Donbas region affects the whole of Ukraine. The Ukraine government cannot even function. It is very important to prevent the conflict from evolving into a full scale war. The Minsk Accords still has to be adhered to, and its powers are reaffirmed by the OSCE, Normandy Four and Russia. They, and the International Community still insist that Minsk Accords are the only alternative. Kiev has yet to take part in talks, and have a dialogue in contact groups and other groups to have a peace settlement. The civil war is still achieving nothing, and is not going anywhere. Resolving the dispute over the Donbas region does not have a military solution, not ever. Ukrainians does not want any more bloodshed except the Ukraine government. Nationalists hates people, while Patriots have love for their mother or fatherland. And we are now waiting for the dissolution of the Ukrainian government, in the hope the new government can breathe new life into Ukraine.

Rodi Osman, Syrian Kurdistan envoy to Russia
Rodi Osman, the Syrian Kurdistan envoy to Russia was saying "We think that these should not be two-way negotiations - between the official Damascus and the opposition group set up in Riyadh. The representatives of all the ethnic groups living in Syria should take part in the talks. They should discuss the creation of a social and political union so that the rights of no ethnic group are violated. The Turkish government is obstructing this (the Kurds participation in negotiations) adding that the position of the international community on the issue is "very weak".
There are extreme concerns about the Syrian ethnic minorities not taking part in the Geneva talks, and that they have not been invited on the ongoing conflict settlement. Such stance contradicts UN Security Council's resolutions in the inclusiveness of the political process in Syria. The Syrian opposition are not really thinking of democracy of the Syrian people while there is no inclusiveness of all ethnic groups living in Syria.
It is up to the Syrian people to decide the future of their country and leadership. Negotiations, talks and dialogues are to create modalities for the political transition. Syria is diverse and rich in history with huge diversity in terms of ethnicity, religion and communities. There have been different customs, traditions, histories and essential aspirations. Syrians are people who have lived together peacefully before terrorism took over Syria. Any manifestations of fanaticism either in religion, politics and geopolitical gains are destructive in society, and people have endured inhumane suffering. It is the Syrian people who wants to put interests at heart of Syria and put an end to suffering.
If there is no internal will and good relations between the people and the State, then it is impossible to find a solution. We cannot live without international law or morality in politics. It is not going far, if the political process is about putting opposition in Geneva talks.
It is ideal if Assad lead the transition to the elections. If there is no political transition, the civil war will continue.
The sooner Assad lead the transition to the elections, the sooner Assad will go. Syria needs to have a new government and a new leader to shape the future of a new Syria.
So far 500 settlements have been liberated with the aid of Russian airstrikes. Syrians can now become custodians of these settlements, and preserve them with all their might against terrorists and extremists.
Ban Ki Moon has made this clear that the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism is not rooted or confined to any religion, region, nationality or ethnic groups.

Israel
Israel is still continuing its aggressive policy of creeping expansionism, large scale demolitions, harassment and building new settlements. More Palestinians are being made homeless against their will and human rights. Thousands or millions have been displaced by unjustifiable demolitions and building of new settlements. Israel is continuing to ethnic cleanse to get rid of Palestinians, and to achieve a complete enlarged Jewish State.
Israel will not get away with it for long as there is the International Criminal Court. If the ICC fails to help the Palestinians, it is possible that they will take the law into their own hands if the International Community does not help the Palestinians.
Failing all that with no justice, the Palestinians will have no alternative, but to destroy all jewish settlements, and use force to drive Israelis out of the West Bank and the north of Palestine or Israel.
Unless the International community sorts out the problem, can Palestinians have justice.
In recent history, it is not new for Israelis to take over the whole of Palestine and vice versa, and it will keep happening again when it is Palestinians' turn. Of which both failed to establish legally.
Wars which happened for centuries never made much progress democratically, because there was no media then, and no wisdom gained while there was no media available. More countries are now going through the proper channels due to thanks of the media, knowing more about the will of the people and human rights.
Only time will tell if the International Criminal Court will successfully give out their verdict and punishment. Or the International community takes drastic steps to give Palestinians justice and the life they deserve.
Panama Papers
The Panama Papers have been astonishingly revealed all over the world creating certain controversy and attacking some countries personally. Some of them may actually have aided and abetted tax evasion, corruption and other criminal activities.
This calls for reforms and progress needs to be made not to let state funds end up in offshores. The recent developments have indicated that some are not accused of wrongdoing either because it was out of date, [when financial institutions created more diligence] or that it was not mainly the political establishments but the persons themselves.
There have been accusations against a few world leaders who may have indirectly deposited money into Mossack Fonseca by mistake. But can be proven that anyone who benefited from offshores could be punished.
The Panama Papers have put an end to financial secrecy and that tax evasion, flow of funds of illicit origin could undermine justice, and deprive governments of resources needed for economic, social and cultural rights. The practices are of, depositing money offshores are illegal especially by governments.
Hidden assets by such persons are avoiding tax evasion and costing governments money in the long run. They destroy trust in public institutions and the rule of law, and shrinking the government coffers of money needed for public funds. Those who are trafficking drugs, slave trading, illicit arms trading, black markets trading, money laundering etc are violating the principles of honest banking.
In the past banks and financial institutions have failed due diligence with their clients which has now been dealt with. The exposure of the Panama Papers have uncovered some banks, law firms, companies, foundations, trusts and maybe charities for their clients.
We now have the transparency we need, and more action could be taken for countries to honour their commitments to make public disclosures legally binding in all countries, and put an end to harmful banking secrecy with no meaningful justification. It would be good if we do have a global system of automatic exchange of tax information to ensure that countries can benefit on an equal footing to fund their own public institutions.
This could the end of Oligarchies and dishonest people as we speak.
Tax havens are countries or regions where personal and business taxes are likely to be very low, or even non-existent.
As a result, these countries often attract individuals and companies who are seeking to pay less tax than they would at home.
Businesses may move their headquarters to a tax haven, or individuals choose to live there for some or all of the year, as a means of qualifying for the lower tax regime.
Some countries or jurisdictions construct tax legislation with the explicit intention of becoming "havens" for those seeking to avoid tax in the countries they originate from.
This gives rise to "tax competition" between nations eager to get businesses to set up within their borders.
The term "tax haven" does not only refer to countries where tax rates are low. It is also sometimes used to describe regimes where financial information is kept secret.
This is where jurisdictions choose not to share financial information relating to businesses and individuals with authorities elsewhere.
The Tax Justice Network, a research group set up in 2003 to study the impact of tax avoidance, uses the term "secrecy jurisdictions" as an alternative to "the more widely used term 'tax havens'".
It defines "secrecy jurisdictions" as countries which "use secrecy to attract illicit and illegitimate or abusive financial flows".
In its 2015 "Financial Secrecy Index" the five most secretive states are Switzerland, Hong Kong, the US, Singapore and the Cayman Islands.
There is nothing unlawful about the use of offshore companies. However, the disclosures raise questions about the ways in which the system can be used – and abused. More than half of the 300,000 firms said to have used Mossack Fonseca are registered in British-administered tax haven.
There is a difference between tax avoidance and tax evasion. The most common is avoiding tax while tax evasion is secretive, and if the law protects them, then they are encouraged by law. This diversion of wealth caters to the rich and the corporate elite and is unfair. We have a tax system globally that is totally unfair and incapable of being administered in any kind of coherent fashion. Money goes where it wants and it wants to go where there is no tax by the people who wants to go there. That is tax haven and the scale of global inequality is completely staggering. Hiding vast amounts of money offshore may be legal, but it seems unconscionable that there are those who engage in such deception while the world struggles with crises of unimaginable proportions. Such bad people have the power and resources to help a world that is so desperately in need of help. It beggars belief that such people take advantage of tax havens for their own greed. It is worldwide outrage against tax avoidance and tax evasion. Anything that falls under our own jurisdiction and enforceable law would help corruption. It is unacceptable that power of large corporations and wealthy individuals are able to exert over public institutions and the cause of public cynicism.

Multipolar World Order
We have had hegemonic imperialism, and this behaviour is unacceptable dividing the whole world especially in the Middle East. The threat of East or West hegemony can cause very real damage, and is inflicting upon humanity. We have had to counter such inhumane violence, bloodshed, and shameless exploitation and manipulation. We are still dealing with fascism or imperialism. There can be no hegemony at all, whether it is with the West over the East, East over the West, North over the South or the South over the North. BRICS is a viable alternative specifically because they are not setting up military bases in foreign lands, intervening militarily thousands of miles from their borders, and working with nations instead of coercing them. If principles are not upheld, they will cease to serve as a relevant alternative to the West or other parts of the world. BRICS could be seen as national sovereignty in ruling over all international relations, but only with all countries working, cooperating, coordinating together. This makes for very good public relations between the countries around the globe and helping to keep peace. That is if a establishment of new world multipolar order is created in that context. While BRICS themselves are creating a variety of supranational institutions and military alliances to compete against hegemonies, IMF, World Bank, NATO and even the UN itself. They must ensure preservation and the encouragement of national sovereignty. National sovereignty would protect all sovereignty of states taking them under its wing. The global wealth and influence would be so spread out evenly and equally. The world may be changing economically, technologically and culturally, but we cannot have failed institutions whether they are supranational or not. The creation of BRICS leads to the new multipolar world, and the future of BRICS depends on the collective understanding of consensus. We need not obsessively support on bloc over another, subscribing almost religiously to political parties, personalities and brands, but should instead agree on a set of principles, and only back these as long as they uphold these principles. If we attach ourselves to political parties, personalities and brands, we will be disappointed. Following principles will always and forever lead forward. While countries of BRICS stand up for national sovereignty, non-interventionism and non-military expansionism. We can only praise them for upholding principles. To create a new multipolar world order with the West, South, North or East, they need to realise the importance of BRICS and its operation around the globe ensuring fairness, equality, security and stability.
Corporate tax in the European Union
European Union is disintegrating at a first rate, even with the prospect of a referendum will not unite European Political Union. European Union still have been unable to make decisions by consensus making the Brussels' policies weak. There is still vast bureaucracy destroying continental unity, political, economic and geopolitical interests. European interests without bureaucracy serves all European countries fairly and equally if done properly without the elites' circle. There is no leader who would put things in order in a fair, free and equal way.
The EU Association agreement is not the way to go for some countries, as there cannot be good relations between EU and the European countries as well as the rest of the world. The EU Association agreement is an obstacle to free trading, as it is not full trading to be precise, and leading to poor relations in the process.
Creating an ideological superstructure of the European Union is so wrong especially if it does not protect or serve citizen's interests. These are divisive and moves away from united politics. We do need a formation of unique economic and social system, and an ideal political union with a mechanism of decisions and consensus of the citizens of Europe.
With the scandal of Panama Papers and Offshore accounts, it could take decades for government to claim back unpaid taxes from companies in offshore accounts whether it is about avoidance tax or evasion tax.
To have a fair free business tax system in the European Union and the rest of the world, a proposal of a corporate effective tax rate of 12.6% would be in order to be in line with US corporate tax. [US have abolished corporate tax to include that in earnings]. This would boost the government coffers to fund the public institutions.

Yatsenyuk's resignation
Yatsenyuk's resignation has come no suprise even though it took longer. The West seems to have accepted it, and what remains is that there will be a no confidence vote in Verkhovna Rada tomorrow to accept Yatsenyuk's resignation. We still cannot have a new coalition, unless the President does resign due to Panama Papers scandals and his implication in it as well as bloodshed. Poroshenko is causing a great deal of obstacles by not changing the foreign, defence and economic policies as well as the constitution needed for legal elections to take place all around Ukraine. Minsk Accords still needs to be implemented which seems to have been blocked by Poroshenko.
Azarov and Arbuzov both former Prime Ministers of Ukraine have declared they are ready to return to Verkhovna Rada. Abuzarov would make an excellent Finance Minister with his own experience in economic affairs. Azarov could be the next Prime Minister depending on the vote of Verkhovna Rada.
I am ready to be President of Ukraine, but only on a short term basis which could be weeks, months or up to a year depending if Verkhovna Rada will let me have the freedom to change Ukraine's policies and constitution etc to create a legitimate Parliament and Cabinet. And ensure Ukraine's sovereignty, territiorial integrity and unity. To implement the Minsk Accords, deal with scandals, corruption and disorganisation of Ukraine's affairs. I can do all that probably in six months up to a year. Progress still has to come from Verkhovna Rada to make everything possible including the displaced and refugees who have fled to Europe and Russia. Once all that is done, then I would be happy to leave the reformed Ukraine to its successor. It would be quicker for me to form a cabinet without Verkhovna Rada's consent giving Azarov and Arbuzov a few weeks or months to prove themselves they are worthy in their posts.
Poroshenko is still the main obstacle to peace and development of Ukraine.

Ukraine's new government
We now have a new Prime Minister leading to a new government. Groisman is the best choice and the most sensible one in Verkhovna Rada. Whether he can tackle corruption within the government and outside could be quite a challenge for him. There are still only two political forces and two independents running the government which is a disappointment.
My vision of the brave new world would be to have all political forces take cabinet posts as a real coalition to signal the working more together and sharing burdens. Sorry George Orwell and Aldous Huxley!
There have been slight improvements, with democratic forces will be both in power and in opposition. This is the first time that there is now an opposition. But no improvements or change with the foreign and defence posts.
I hope that there will be no more hampering of the Minsk Accords after Poroshenko has called on his members of Verkhovna Rada to pass the amendments to the country's Constitution, with a view to returning Donbass peacefully. The amendments concerns decentralisation and the implementation of 'Minsk' being the basis for the peaceful return of Donbass. The package of measure envisages not only of ceasefire, withdrawal of weapons, creation of security zones, amnesty, resumption of economic ties and social benefits of Donbass. The decentralisation taking into account a special status of separate districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Poroshenko's tactic may work if Verkhovna Rada approves special status and decentralisation so that he will order his troops to return home. Whether he will have another security to replace them, only time will tell with Groisman as Prime Minister.
Freedom of the Press
I support the freedom of the press but I am so concerned about the issue of confrontational press. Journalists have come to believe themselves essential to the public's understanding of the world. And they undertook to explain foreign affairs with unprecedented passion to provide readers a feel for the present and informed speculation on the future. Correspondence constructions as in foreign policy, ideology and realist interests fused in trying to keep the world safe for democracy.
Fascism, Nationalism, Radicalism etc does have a way of temporarily mute into a war.
I do not know if there is such a thing as confrontational press, and I do know that it is impossible for journalists not to play by the rules and regulations.
I am very concerned what the press said about what a person said, to cause alarm and distress to Crimea. And making unsettling comments about Ukraine not accepting Crimea's reunification. The press is not being neutral in the European Union and the West about the reunification of Crimea. They are still not aware that Crimea has never belonged to Ukraine. And the transfer of Crimea to Ukraine in the old days was a mistake during the time of the USSR's breakup against the will of the Russian speaking people. Crimeans [Russian speaking people] are so very grateful, and so thankful that they managed to be free from Ukraine's conflict.
While I am speaking of the press not being neutral, it seems that the press are not really putting the interests of the people first, as the press have put Crimea issue first before the people of Ukraine.
Generally there do not seem to be any interests in various issues that concerns the people of the world foremost. There do not seem to be any protection of people's rights concerning any issues. And there do not seem to be any priorities that would put people's interests first during democratic processes.
This is what I would call confrontational press.

Reintegration
The word reintegration keeps popping up, I thought and said 'Oh not again'. The dreaded word is telling people how we feel, and why the concept of learning how to reintegrate with society are the key terms. We could not embrace multiculturalism without knowing what it means, and how it works. We cannot embrace reintegration without knowing the real meaning of the real world. Assimilation is something when anyone new integrate, but do not create micro-locations but rather live inside pre-existing communities of all different types and races and ethnic backgrounds. These communities do not accept pre-existing macro culture.
Societies and Cultures can rapidly change much quicker than most people fathom. People who leaves culture, society for a brief time, returns and find their way back to the same culture, society they once left. It is hard to embrace it as a good citizen when all infrastructure is destroyed, thinking the society is dead. All perception is molded based off morals and values which assist in one beliefs systems.
My perception has been induced to present a negative picture of our present society. We suddenly have the wealth and poor divide. Take my advice! and think that we can integrate if there is going to be segregation, discrimination, racial abuse, physical abuse, hunger, poverty, and many more. We cannot be doing stepping up and formulating actions to bring back the society we once truly loved and embraced. The word, I will not reintegrate comes to mind, and will not bother to make a difference and will not bring life, a real morally induced patriotism of working life. It is a broken society!
